Please note that for large volume assignments or new customers, cheques will need to clear before payment can be acknowledged. This may delay the translation of your documents. Sending cheques internationally can be difficult.

Although sometimes costly, international bank transfers are a safe and secure way to send money. Payment can be sent to our Bank in the Ukraine. The account information will be forwarded to you should you select this option.

Services such as PayPal mean you can pay instantly from you computer using a Credit card or Debit card. These systems are ideal for international or domestic trading.

A growing number of our clients are choosing this type of payment option. For a company, or an individual, living outside the Ukraine the Bank Transfer charges can be rather expensive. PayPal offers a secure alternative and their rates are much lower than most High Street Banks. This option is very quick and easy and we receive an instant email confirmation that money has been sent. Therefore, there will be no delays in translating your work. Full payment information will be forwarded to you by email if you choose this option.

Another one money transfer option. Should you select this option, we will forward detailed instructions where in your city and to whom payments must be made.

When paying international sellers an International Money Order can be ideal. However, some Money orders do have charges attached.

If you are not satisfied with a job, we will propose another version as quickly as possible. If the second version is still not to your satisfaction, you shall have the right to a partial or total reimbursement.

On rare occasions, minor delays can occur. We will always keep you informed in advance of any possible problems. However, in the event of a late delivery which is beyond an acceptable limit, and if the delay is directly and only imputable to us, we shall reimburse up to 100% of the job.
